How To Create and Save Contacts in Your ClicknReach Account

Saving the list of your contacts can make reaching them more easier and faster.  It will also save you the trouble of losing your contacts’ numbers entirely in times of eventualities. It looks so sad when a person loses his contacts.
ClicknReach makes it easy for you to store and save your contacts’ lists in a place no matter how long your contacts may be. With your contacts stored and saved in one place it is easy to keep in touch with family, friends and colleagues and reach your customers and target groups to market your product or service.
Follow the steps below to learn how to create list and add contacts to your list in your ClicknReach account.

Creating different lists for your contacts:
1. Login into your ClicknReach account.
2. Click on “Phone Book” at the top of the home page.
3. Specify the title for the List in the “List Title” of the “Contact Lists” E.g., Friends, Colleagues etc and click “Create List” button

Adding contact to your lists:
You can add contact to your list either by entering it manually or by importing the contacts.

Adding contacts manually:
1. Login into your ClicknReach account.
2. Click on “Phone Book” at the top of the home page. Beside each List Title in the table are four(4) icon buttons under the headings: View, Upload, Edit and Delete.
3. Click on “View” at the right side of the particular “List Title” you wish to add your contacts.
4. A box opens up at the right side of the page, enter the “Names”, “Phone Number” and “Email Address” (optional) then click “Add Contact” button. The contact phone number automatically adds to the “List Title” you selected.

Adding contacts by import:
1. After creating the list(s) in your ClicknReach account, open a Microsoft Excel sheet and type all your contacts with their phone numbers and email address in the sheet, the names will be in the first column, the number in the second column and the email in the third column (adding the email address is optional) and save as CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).
2. Login into your ClicknReach account.
3. Click on “Phone Book” at the top of the home page. Beside each List Title in the table are four(4) icon buttons under the headings: View, Upload, Edit and Delete.
4. Click on “Upload” at the right side of the particular “List Title” you wish to upload your contacts.
5. Browse and select the CSV file you saved in excel sheet and click “Update CSV”. The list will automatically be uploaded under the “List Title” you selected.
