Click on "Register" link at the top navigation bar or the "Sign up" button on the home page of the website. A registration page opens up, enter a Username of your choice in the text box provided and fill in other details. Then click the "Register" button at the end of the form to submit your registration.

After a successful completion of your online registration form, you can log into your account with your username and password and start using your account.

Follow the steps below to buy SMS units by direct payment to the bank:

Make payment into any of the bank account details on the home page of ClicknReach.com

1. Login into your ClicknReach.com account

2. Click on "Credit Transactions" at the top of the home page

3. Click on “Bank Notice” at the top of the “Credit Transaction” menu

4. Fill the Form that opens up with the following details:

. Amount Deposited

.No of Units Paid For

.Bank of Deposit

.Date of Deposit

.Name of Depositor

.Deposit Slip Number

.Click “Submit Notification” button

Your account will be funded with the appropriate SMS units upon confirmation of deposit.

B. Buy SMS units Recharge Pincode:

Follow the steps below to buy SMS units through Recharge Pincodes:

    Contact the ClicknReach admin through their contact details on the home page to buy recharge pincodes

    1. Login into your ClicknReach account

    2. Click on "Credit Transactions" at the top of the home page.

    3. Click on “Recharge Pincodes” at the top of the “Credit Transaction” menu

    4. Enter the following details

    . Code Number

    . Pin Number

    Your ClicknReach account will be credited with the equivalent SMS units for the recharge pincode.

6. How do I create lists for my contacts?

Follow the steps below to create different lists for your contacts

  1. Login into your ClicknReach account.
  2. Click on "Phone Book" at the top of the home page.
  3. Specify the title for the List in the "List Title" of the "Contact Lists" E.g., Friends, Colleagues etc and click "Create List" button

7. How Do I add contact to my list?

You can add contact to your list either by entering it manually or by importing the contacts.

To add contact to your list manually, follow the steps below:

  1. Login into your ClicknReach account.
  2. Click on "Phone Book" at the top of the home page. Beside each List Title in the table are four(4) icon buttons under the headings: View, Upload, Edit and Delete.
  3. Click on "View" at the right side of the particular "List Title" you wish to add your contacts.
  4. A box opens up at the right side of the page, enter the "Names", "Phone Number" and "Email Address" (optional) then click "Add Contact" button. The contact phone number automatically adds to the "List Title" you selected.

To add contact to your list by import, follow the steps below:

  1. After creating the list(s) in your ClicknReach account, open a Microsoft Excel sheet and type all your contacts with their phone numbers and email address in the sheet, the names will be in the first column, the number in the second column and the email in the third column (this is optional) and save as CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv).
  2. Login into your ClicknReach account.
  3. Click on "Phone Book" at the top of the home page. Beside each List Title in the table are four(4) icon buttons under the headings: View, Upload, Edit and Delete.
  4. Click on "Upload" at the right side of the particular "List Title" you wish to upload your contacts.
  5. Browse and select the CSV file you saved in excel sheet and click "Update CSV". The list will automatically be uploaded under the "List Title" you selected.

8. What is the maximum length of an SMS message that I can send?

Standard SMS messages are 160 characters long. But ClicknReach has a feature that makes it possible for you to type more than 160 characters for a single message you are sending out. The system simply wraps your messages and send everything to your recipient phone inbox. Please note that the system charges 160 character message as one credit unit and charges your account with 2 credit units when the message exceeds 160 characters.

9. Is there a limit on how many messages I can send per time?

No, you can send as many messages as you want and to as many people as you want.

10. How Can I confirm if my messages have been delivered?

Follow the steps below to view the delivery status of your message

  1. Login into your ClicknReach account
  2. Click on "Delivery Report" at the top of the home page.
  3. You can then view the message delivery status from "MSGS Sent" or "Not Sent" from the table.

Undelivered message can be resent from the "Try Resend" sub-menu in the "Delivery Report" table.
